Why This Membership Exists

Endometriosis is not “just a period problem.”

It’s hormonal, inflammatory, nervous-system-based, immune-driven, gut-linked, and deeply affected by stress and lifestyle.

Most women are told to take painkillers, go on birth control, or wait for surgery.

Nobody teaches you how to actually live in your body with endo.

This membership fills that gap.

It gives you:

Guidance

Community

Accountability

Hormone Support

Endo-Safe Movement

Stress Regulation

Nutrition Guidance

Detox Strategies

…so you can finally support your body to work with you. instead of just “managing pain.”

FAQs

What is the time commitment?

The Endo Rooted Collective is designed to be flexible & pressure-free. There are no strict deadlines and you can watch recordings if you can’t join live. Classes, workshops and calls will be no more than 60 minutes.

What equipment do I need?

Non-movement classes will require a notebook for journaling / capturing notes.

For endo-movement classes, you'll need an exercise mat and comfortable clothing.

Some movement sessions may require specific items, such as an exercise ball, massage balls, yoga blocks (or stack of books), a bolster (or stack of pillows), dumbbells and/or exercise bands.

Each class description will tell you exactly what you need.

Will I receive personalised advice or guidance?

The guidance provided is tailored to the group’s needs rather than individual circumstances. For personalised endo support, consider booking a 1:1 coaching session or hormone-testing consultation.

Can I join from outside of the UK?

Sure- the membership is open to women globally and all live classes will be recorded for those who live in different timezones.

Can you guarantee this will heal my endo pain and symptoms?

Health outcomes can’t be guaranteed, but this membership will teach you how to support your body through practical workshops, challenges, and classes. With consistent action and the right mindset, you can make meaningful improvements in your symptoms and overall well-being.

Are you a licensed medical professional?

No. I am not a doctor, dietitian, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider. Everything shared comes from my personal experience with endometriosis, autoimmune disease, combined with my continued education & certifications in wellness, nervous system regulation, and movement.

Is the content in the membership medical advice?

No. The program and all related materials are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor or licensed provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or medical care.

What if I decide that it's not for me?

No pressure- you can cancel your membership any time before your next billing cycle.

My question isn't here- how do I get in touch?

Feel free to email me at hormonesisterhood@gmail.com or DM me on instagram @hormonesisterhood.
