The Lymphatic System & Endometriosis

The lymphatic system helps clear waste, inflammation, and excess fluid from the body.

Unlike blood, lymph does not move on its own-it relies on movement and breathing.

Supporting lymph drainage is especially important in chronic inflammatory conditions like endometriosis and adenomyosis.

Poor lymph flow can contribute to:

  • Pelvic congestion (blood and lymph pooling in the pelvic area, causing pressure or heaviness)

  • Swelling and heaviness

  • Inflammation build-up

Gentle movement, rebounding, walking, self-massage, dry brushing, and breathwork help support lymphatic drainage.
