Rachel Abiodun Endometriosis Coach
The Hormone Sisterhood

Too many women with endometriosis and adenomyosis are left to navigate their health alone.

After diagnosis or surgery, most aren’t given clear guidance on how to support their bodies long-term, reduce flare-ups, or manage symptoms in a sustainable way.

The Hormone Sisterhood exists to fill that gap- offering practical, whole-body support so you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

Meet Rachel

I began paying closer attention to my health in 2023, when I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis.

A few months later, I was diagnosed with Graves' disease, a chronic autoimmune condition.

Then came a fibroid and a blood disorder- and just like that, "health" became something I thought I had one minute, only for it to be taken away the next.

After this, I chose to retrain in hormone health and nervous system regulation deepening my understanding of how hormones, chronic pain, and long-term health conditions are connected.

Because something profound has become clear to me:

Many women’s health conditions share similar underlying drivers.
I don’t see that as coincidence- I see it as a sign.

Why I Do This Work

These conditions aren’t isolated. They're influenced by factors like chronic stress, inflammation, and nervous system dysregulation.

Too many women are told to "just take this pill or have this surgery" without personalised, long-term support.

We want answers that actually look at why symptoms are happening, and support that reflects the whole body, not just one system.

That's why the Hormone Sisterhood exists.

My Holistic Approach

Endometriosis and adenomyosis don't just affect the pelvis- they influence pain processing, energy, stress, and how your body functions day to day.

Your symptoms are influenced by multiple systems, including your:

Nervous System
