You're doing all the "wellness things" and still dealing with hormone-imbalances, chronic pain or ongoing symptoms.
Most advice focuses on doing more… until it becomes overwhelming.
But when your body is already inflamed and stressed, that approach doesn't move the dial.
Your body doesn't need more pressure. It needs the right kind of support.
A Whole-Body Approach
This is where we go deeper than “just hormones”, exploring the foundation of what’s driving your symptoms and what to actually do about it.
Hormone-aware lifestyle guidance
Understand what's behind your symptoms, from inflammation to gut health
Nervous system & stress support
Help your body shift out of chronic stress into the "rest & digest" state needed for repair and recovery
Mind-body therapeutic support
Use evidence-informed techniques to support pain, stress, and the emotional impact of living with hormonal conditions
Hi, I'm Rachel
I created The Hormone Sisterhood after being diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and an autoimmune thyroid condition.
I realised how little practical support exists beyond repeat surgeries & prescriptions.
Now, I combine lived experience with training in therapeutic movement and nervous system support to help women take a more holistic approach to their health.
There’s more to endo, fibroids, PCOS and other hormone-sensitive conditions than just “hormones.”
Your symptoms are influenced by multiple systems in the body- not just one.
Gut Health
Understand what's fueling your hormone imbalances and how to support your "second brain"
Immune Health
Reduce inflammation and calm your body's reactive responses
Nutrition
Build an eating plan that supports your condition and overall wellbeing
Stress & Nervous System
Address chronic stress, support nervous system regulation, and promote hormone balance
Sleep & Recovery
Restore energy to support hormone production and essential bodily processes
Movement & Exercise
Support all areas with movement that protects your energy and avoids triggering flare-ups
Kind Words
Support your hormones. Regulate your nervous system. Move differently.
