Support for women with endometriosis & adenomyosis

Reduce pain, flare-ups and inflammation through a nervous system-led, hormone-focused approach.

You're doing all the "wellness things"... and still dealing with chronic pain, flare-ups, and ongoing symptoms.

Most advice tells you to do more- until it becomes overwhelming.
But when your body is already inflamed and under stress, doing more isn't the answer.
Your body doesn't need more pressure. It needs the right kind of support.

A Whole-Body Approach

This is where we go beyond just focusing on the pelvis and symptom management, and look at the whole body-

what’s actually driving your pain, flare-ups and inflammation, and how to address it.

Hormone-aware lifestyle support

Understand what's driving your symptoms- from inflammation and gut health to blood sugar, daily habits, and hormone balance

Nervous system & stress regulation

Support your body in shifting out of chronic stress so it can repair, recover, and reduce pain

Mind-body & somatic support

Use movement and mind-body approaches to relieve chronic pain, stress, and the emotional impact of living with these conditions

Hi, I'm Rachel

I created The Hormone Sisterhood after being diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis, fibroids, and an autoimmune thyroid condition.

I quickly realised how little practical support exists beyond repeat surgeries and prescriptions.

Now, I combine lived experience with training in hormone health and nervous system–based pain support to help women reduce flare-ups and chronic pain associated with endometriosis and adenomyosis, and better understand the factors influencing them.

Your symptoms aren’t coming from just one place.

They’re influenced by multiple systems in the body- which is why a one-dimensional approach often falls short.

Gut Health

Supports inflammation, hormones and overall wellbeing

Immune Health

Helps reduce inflammatory responses in the body

Nutrition

Supports energy, hormones and symptom management

Nervous System & Stress

Helps reduce the impact of stress on pain and flare-ups

Sleep & Recovery

Supports healing, energy and hormone balance

Movement

Gentle, supportive movement that doesn’t trigger flare-ups

Kind Words

“Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge of endo/adeno, and for emphasizing care for our nervous system!”
